ORDER APPROVAL

The customer assumes full responsibility for approving the final proof and layout before the commencement of the printing process. printoncard.com shall not be held liable for errors in the final product arising from any of the following reasons: language and grammar, graphics, bleeds, damaged fonts, overprinting, form fields, or files not constructed according to the provided template or page order.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

All content, including information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials provided by the customer ("Content"), is the sole responsibility of the customer. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to adhere to all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree not to use the service to transmit any Content that includes (i) child pornography or anything indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or vile; (ii) threats of harm, kidnapping, or injury; (iii) advocacy for treason, insurrection, or resistance to any law; (iv) defamatory remarks directed at any person or company; or (v) content that infringes the intellectual property rights of TakeOutLabel.com or any third party.

TakeOutLabel.com does not control the Content uploaded by customers and does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. Under no circumstances will TakeOutLabel.com be liable for any offensive, indecent, or objectionable Content you may encounter. Products and services are provided for your personal use only. You agree not to use these products and services or related messages for unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and controlling access to your registered account, as well as for all orders placed or actions taken through your registered account.

You acknowledge that TakeOutLabel.com does not pre-screen Content but reserves the right to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or is objectionable. Additionally, TakeOutLabel.com may preserve and disclose Content if required by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal processes, enforce the terms of service, respond to claims of Content violations, or protect the rights, property, or safety of TakeOutLabel.com, its users, and the public.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Requests for order cancellations can be made via support ticket until the imposition process begins, and are subject to applicable cancellation charges. A store credit or credit card refund equivalent to the value of the cancelled job(s) will be issued. If a cancellation occurs, charges for any labor hours (proof, file adjustment, etc.) or administrative fees (credit card fees, etc.) will be deducted from your credit.

In cases where a job has been imposed but cancellation is still feasible, a minimum charge of $25 per job will apply. Please note that once an order is successfully placed, no refunds are issued for file adjustment services.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the customized nature of each order, tailored specifically to the customer's requirements and possessing no re-sale value, we adhere to a strict 'All Sales Are Final' policy. In the event that an error on our part is confirmed, we commit to promptly reprinting the order or issuing a credit or refund as deemed appropriate.

Customers are required to inform takeoutlabel.com within 5 business days of receiving their order about any defects identified in the received product. Failure to do so within this timeframe implies the customer's satisfaction with the product. In certain instances, we may request the retrieval of the printed material prior to initiating the reprint, credit, or refund process.

ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Kindly note that all indicated turnaround times on printoncard.com are approximations and subject to change. While we exert every reasonable effort to uphold delivery schedules, printoncard.com assumes no responsibility for any consequential damages arising from delays in shipment or delivery.

Orders from printoncard.com are F.O.B. our facility, and customers are advised to contact their chosen courier for resolution of shipping issues. We disclaim liability for delays attributable to weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Technical glitches, equipment failures, or malfunctions may impact the printing process, potentially causing delays. In the event of delays due to technical difficulties, applicable rush charges or fees will be refunded or waived, though such difficulties will not warrant order cancellation.

Please be aware that while we strive to accommodate changes in shipping or pickup methods, modifications may not always be feasible once an order is packed and wrapped on courier skids. Requests to switch from delivery to pickup or vice versa must be submitted before 2:00 PM ET, as changes cannot be made once an order is prepared for shipping.

COLOR PROOFING AND MATCHING

printoncard.com is not held liable for color matching or ink density discrepancies in screen proofs approved by customers. Screen proofs are intended to predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement but are not definitive for color or density.

While we strive to match the gradient density of each color to the best of our ability, printoncard.com cannot be held responsible for the final appearance of a color. The type of stock and coating, especially uncoated stock, may affect or alter the printed colors, and we are not liable for the final color appearance of our products.

Due to variations in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is expected and unavoidable. This variation is deemed acceptable. printoncard.com will exert every effort to produce a reasonable representation based on materials supplied by the customer; however, color matching cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, occasional misrepresentations of color may occur due to soft proofing, arising from differences in monitor calibration.
